Eyewitnesses say the suicide bomber infiltrated a queue where IDPs were being screened for onward evacuation from Dikwa Local government council to a makeshift camp in Maiduguri. Three officials of the Civilian Joint Task Force were also injured in the attack.
This is saddening. So, IDPs can't feel safe even under Government protection in camps? May the dead RIP and the injured recover swiftly.
