Senate President Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Wednesday confirmed that President Muhammadu Buhari is healthy and in high spirits.
The President of the Senate made this disclosure via his official Twitter handle saying he spoke with the President on Wednesday night and he (President Buhari) was in good spirits.
